Processing time again changed to nebraska(merged)

Dear Zoyarajput076

 

Hope you are doing good,

 

As per I told you on July 31,2019 that cases from July 10,2018 to July 25,2018 will be processed on August 12, 2019 and  I found out that with the blessing of GOD case form July 10,2018 to August 10,2018 was processed till August 7,2019.

 

Now cases form August 10,2018 to August 29,2018 will be processed in between August 21, 2019 to August 23, 2019.
 
I will Keep updating you and all VJ members on monthly basis.
 

Note : For this information i just need your prayers ☺️ if any one need any other information message me will reply you guys accordingly.

Today i checked processing time Nebraska it is agian go back to May nd now it taking too much time to approved petition.. 12 to 15.5 months it takes to approve.. This is really frustrating for me don't know how will more take time to approve. If any one have filling date 2018/9/21   nd gets approved plz share with me i am waiting friends for yours experienced with nebraska    😓🙄🙄😓

No one can know that for certain. The processing times change all the time and it depends on how backlogged they get and how many petitions they got during the month they're working on. My guess, probably in 2 or 3 months, assuming the processing time doesn't change again, though it might

Our CR1 Journey:

 

USCIS Stage:

  • Feb 14 2019: NOA1 (NSC)
  • July 31 2019: I129f NOA1
  • Sep 19 2019: I129f NOA2 (Denied - 50 days from NOA1)
  • Sep 19 2019: I130 NOA2 (Approved - 217 days from NOA1)

 

NVC Stage:

  • Sep 27 2019: Sent to Department of State
  • Oct 31 2019: Case number received (34 days since sent)
  • Nov 1 2019: IV & AOS fees received & paid
  • Nov 14 2019: IV & AOS submitted
  • Dec 18 2019: All docs accepted, but one additional doc requested (5 weeks from submission)
  • Dec 18 2019: Requested doc submitted
  • Feb 19 2020: Documentarily Qualified (9 weeks from 2nd submission, 14 weeks from first submission)

 

Interview Stage:

  • Mar 11 2020: Interview letter received
  • Apr 1 2020: Interview date
  • Mar 17 2020: Interview cancelled due to COVID-19
  • August 3 2020: Rescheduled letter received, new appointment August 25 2020
  • August 25 2020: Visa approved at interview! (558 days from NOA1)
  • September 10 2020: Embassy received passport in mail
  • September 15 2020: Passport with visa in hand

 

October 11 2020: Arrived in US!
