So, did the REF came in same time frame as an NOA2 would have? and did it show on the USCIS website that you got REF?

You can use generic templates, but you cannot write both letters, one has to come from your fiancé.

Oath Ceremony:  2018-06-11 - DONE!!!!!!!

I got an email and my case status updated on USCIS website that they are requesting additional evidence.  A week after they received my RFE paper they approved (NOA2). Good luck.
