Tax Return Transcript changed format, still OK for USCIS?

IRS changed the tax return transcript format. To protect privacy, a lot of key information on the transcript was hidden, replaced by XXX, or just leave some initial letters.

Is this new version still okay for USCIS?

USCIS doesn't care. We applicants care.

We applicants have to do whatever we can to satisfy and please USCIS. 😐

IRS has changed the way they do tax transcripts several times since i first applied / for instance i walked into  IRS office and got 2009 /  it had an official date stamp and initials of the IRS officer   / they no longer date stamp it

this is more of a problem for college bound students who need to submit parent's tax returns for education  benefits

but you can request actual copy of submitted tax returns by filling out Form 4506, Request for Copy of Tax Return,
