Hi Everyone,

I didn’t see a thread for July 2019 AOS filers so I’m starting one.

We’re doing the concurrent filing based on marriage (I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131). My wife entered on a B2 back in Jan 2017 and yes I know we’ve should have done this a long time ago but better late than never.

We mailed the package this past Saturday and it’s scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday.

We’re in South Florida so I’m hoping to at least have her EAD/AP by Nov as we are planning a trip for Christmas to visit her family. If it’s not here by then we’ll then, Disney World it is lol.

Good luck everyone!!

We usually aren't too strict about this in the AOS forums, but this is really a subforum under AOS from K-1/K-3.

If you're doing AOS from a tourist visa, you should be in the subforum under AOS from work, student, and tourist visas, which is here:  https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/138-adjustment-of-status-case-filing-and-progress-reports/

Anxiously waiting.

Evening all

todays update: ready for interview to be scheduled

I’m still waiting for progress on EAD!

It’s moving pretty fast, and I wish you get the EAD soon. I am exactly in the same position as you except that I filed early this month and waiting for biometrics.
