What with the current and ongoing deluges of people from Central America "attempting to rush" the southern US border, USCIS is likely warily looking at anyone from Central America trying to visit the US, particularly at this time.

Hello

 

im from Nicaragua and I had rich friends! Lol all of them had visitors visas. Sooo basically just show property titles, car titles, bank accounts in your sister in-laws name with at least $5000.

I'm sorry to hear that. It's so hard to get a tourist visa :-( Hopefully her circumstances will change one day ( a job, own a house, have a family etc even though those aren't guarantees) and the outcome can be different.
