The following might be a long shot:

Could your husband be exempt of the I-864 requirements by being credited with 40 or more SSA credits? Tally up the following:

  • Your husband's SSA credits.
  • The SSA credits you earned since marriage. (Probably 0 since you just recently married.)
  • The SSA credits his parent(s) earned. (E.g. if his parent(s) had SSN from GC, EAD (i.e. TPS-based, etc.), etc.)

I don't think he is. I dont mind being his sponsor

I am.

"

So MY HUSBAND had DACA a year ago and when he tried to renew, they denied  his renewal.

He is now married and adjusting status.

Well on form I765 there is a question that asks "current immigration status"

Hes not 100% sure what to put.

Should he say, "out of status, DACA was denied"?

Or should he word it differently?

Thanks

How do you request an expedited EAD?

"You can generally request expedited processing by contacting the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 (TTY for the deaf, hard of hearing, or those having a speech disability: 1-800-767-1833) after you have obtained a receipt notice. The USCIS Contact Center will not be able to refer the expedite request to the appropriate office without a receipt number. When you call to request expedited processing, the USCIS Contact Center creates and forwards a service request to the office with jurisdiction over your application or petition."

After the call, you fax them documents (job offer letter, etc.) to the fax number they provide.
