I've tried searching the CBP website but couldn't find anything... so maybe its not needed... but I still wanted to ask here first (just in case)...

Does a form need to be filled out with the items I'm bringing with me when I move? I found CBP Form 3299 however this doesn't seem like it would apply to me as all my items are accompanying me on my trip up to Johnstown, New York.

I'll be entering at the Lewiston/Queenston Bridge on June 14, 2019.

If any of you lovelies could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated!

If you are accompanying your things you don't need any special forms.  However it's best to have a list of items you're bringing.

For instance I did:
Box 1  - books

box 2  - books

Box 3 - kitchen items

Box 4 - sewing machine... etc...

Just list everything in numbered boxes.  Ive started the lists.  Did you tape one to the box and have a copy for them to look over?
