Where are you from ? I think you're confusing your birth certificate that shows up on a page when you get married and when you divorced.
But there is also a separate marriage certificate and a divorce decree. the latter is the one they ask for. It is my opinion .

I wouldn't worry about it too much.  CEAC did maintenance on the website over the weekend.  My sister already has her interview date, however, the civil documents for one of her daughters changed to 'Incomplete' after the maintenance.  When the case was loaded to CEAC, she was not 16 yet, so the police certificate wasn't initially required. Afterwards, she turned 16 and they asked for it. We submitted the police certificate under 'optional documents' because the field was not showing in 'required documents'...now when I log in to CEAC, under 'required documents' there's the field for the Police Certificate and it shows missing.

Since you got 'documentarily qualified', NVC is/should be done processing the case on their end and they're just waiting to schedule your interview.

Same happened to us. We were DQ on May 1 and this morning it asked for annulment papers that were already accepted. I re-uploaded them. I’m on hold with NVC right now. 57 minutes and 47 seconds on hold. Lol

If you've received the "documentary qualified" email from NVC, then just wait for your interview to be scheduled, this takes about a month after case complete.  And take ALL your original documents to your interview, including the divorce decree or certificate, whatever it is, in case the IO asks you about it.

I just got off the phone with NVC.  It was a long wait but she was very nice and answered questions on all 3 of my cases.  The "incomplete" is a mistake.  She told me not to upload anything because that resets their review period.  If you uploaded anything to them today you showed have it reviewed in 3 weeks.  She did say that the issue started today.  and they have had lots of calls.

I also made the mistake of uploading my transcript when I finally got it.  The AOS was accepted and since I uploaded another file it starts the clock again.  She said that the petition that was DC on May 1 will be reviewed again by June 3...some expedite!  LOL  She suggested I upload the file that asked for in my step son's petition to my step daughter too since I have to wait anyway...
