All you can do is apply, and you will be denied or approved on your own merits, including the totality of your current and past applications.  No one here can predict the outcome.

I think we have Sister in US, Niece passed.

Mother is also in the US, Grandmother of Niece who passed.

Yeah I caught myself later :) ----I assumed the death had happened abroad since the OP mentioned the mother/grandmother "coming home" (presumed coming home for the funeral).

Ah wait----the death occurred in the US....I mistakenly thought it happened abroad.

Yes, my niece is a US citizen. My apologies if i worded my post in a confusing way. I was just continuously typing. Not checking anymore

My apologies if i wasnt very clear with my wordings which made you all confused. But with all honesty, my circumstance on each application differs. Like last 2015 i no longer had my business so i applied as a housewife. And now that i am applying again this 2019, i started a small clothing business last 2017. So thats the reason why my “occupation” varies.

Well, good luck.  You can apply and see what happens.

Your mother can get on the plane herself. Just needs to pay for an attendant service that will get her onto and off the flights if mobility is an issue. You meet her at the airport and pick her up in Manila.

My condolences. Nobody can really tell whether you'll be given a visa or not. I'm leaning towards you may be denied again but the only way to really know is to apply and find out. Good luck.

Thank you... yeah. I am just hoping that a miracle would happen that the consul would see past my “seemingly” inconsistent answers every time i apply because i had been telling my real situation every time. I dont want to make situation all the same just to show consistency when it fact it is not the truth. That would be lying.

i have no intention of over staying. I dont like breaking rules.

Bad situation, but you have no ties to your home country, are a classic example of a massive overstay risk, so will be denied again.

If you can afford to lose the application fee then try again.

But we have a house of our own, i have SUV under my name, i have started a new business of my own which i need to attend to. I have a kid going to college this school year and i am the only parent they have to look after them because my husband is working in Saudi as head of marketing Saudi telecoms and he is earning more than enough. I have enough savings. And my husband will pay for our trip.

what do they want as best proof that i wont overstay? I had been to visa required countries  I cannot say i am an employee bec i am not. I am looking after my children.

I am so disheartened. What else do i need to do? Everything i put in the application form is the truth.  😢😢
