Case: cr1

Morocco .

A new medical exam and interview.  The consulate will contact the applicant when ready.  Be ready with an updated affidavit of support package as well.

Thank you so much

What it does NOT mean is he is assured of a visa.  They cannot deny for the same reason, but if they find another, they can.  Be prepared.

get those tax transcripts from IRS for 2018 to him for the interview ASAP as mail to Morocco takes time

at times casa has asked for new criminal reports and for other cases they don't /  none of us know why

but wait till you get the form and are told to do the medical as he will need to travel within 6 months of medical date

and congratulations as this is good news

you are in 2nd quarter of 2019 so interview should be late 3rd quarter like end of July or August

No need to mail a Tax Return Transcript.  That can be scanned and emailed.  I would be ready with a complete new Affidavit of Support package, if possible.  If not, send a pay stub AND the 2018 transcript or complete copy of return.  Depending on when the return is filed, a Transcript may not yet be available.

Even if everything else is fine now, they can deny on public charge, if the petitioner lost their job, etc. and there is no currently qualified sponsor.

Big picture and whole story....

for many embassies yes

Casa wants the originals

been there /done that

and by talking to recent people being interviewed there (not just members here as i spend 3 months there each year ) this policy still holds for the moroccan embassy

everything a Moroccan takes to embassy must be original

Then bring originals.  You can only do the best you can do.  Policies may be a little different for reaffirmed cases, or they may not.

Unless the tax return transcripts come FROM the IRS office, there are no actual originals and an emailed copy is the exact same as if someone printed it in the USA.
