I thought the traditional practice was to refer to SCOTUS as the court of the Chief Justice, Warren Court, Burger Court, etc.  I didn't know that Justice Kavanaugh replaced Chief Justice Roberts.  It is interesting that this head of Demand Justice doesn't mention anything about RBG, Sotomayor or Kagan relative to partisanship. I am still amazed by all this caterwauling by the Left about things like the Electoral College, SCOTUS, etc.  I guess they think they will always remain in power controlling all our thoughts and acts.

I am watching a lot of TV now . I was watching fox.  The five i think. 

 

Any way Juan Williams is arguing agaisnt the electoral college .  He says its not far that the Dakota's who have half the population of one California city. Have 2 times the amount of Senators becuse they get to be 2 states.
