Nice to see you guys back here. My 90 days windows opens in couple of days and meanwhile I have accumulated the following as evidence to submit. Can you guys please review my evidence and let me know if this is sufficient? Or please add if you have added in something extra

 

1. Rental Lease Agreement
2. Driver's licence showing address proofs
3. Tax Statements, W2s  for years 2016,2017, 2018
4. Bank Statements of various banks to show co-mingling of accounts for year 2017,2018
5. Trip itinerary's of all the trips that have been taken up in the years 2017, 2018
6. Statements of husband's insurance showing that I am a beneficiary and the transactions showing the insurance's utilisation
7. utility bills (as applicable)
8. Various pictures showing us together, visiting various cities on trips taken.

I have not included any notarized affidavits.

Should I include any evidence from our wedding or even before I had my conditional residence was approved?

Can you also tell me if there is a need to submit my payslips?

I included the below:

• Copy of green card
• Copy of our marriage certificate.
• Two sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen family & friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.
• Copy of the tax statement / transcript for 2016 and 2017
• A partial copy of our 2018 joint US tax return.
• Copy of our W2.
• Copy of our lease agreement.
• Copy of our driving license showing our current address.
• Summary of my life insurance policies (USA & India) showing my wife as beneficiary.
• Copy of car insurance policy.
• Copy of our bank statement showing a joint account.
• Copy of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy.
• Photos of our vacations / activities taken over two years

I filed 5 days early. I haven't received any letter from them. I received the photo album back saying they are returning it back as it's a format they can't place in my file folder for review by an officer during the adjudication process.

Meaning you didn't file 1 month too early.

 

Did you receive the acceptance message or letter yet? I'd be very worried that the whole package will be returned, you did file too early. Hopefully they won't reject it.

Nope, I filed five days early and I didn't receive the whole package, message, or a letter yet, only the photo album. This is really weird, if they were going to reject it then they should have sent the whole package but they didn't. I'm planning to give call this Friday but now the only thing I can do is wait!!!

I bet they have different people doing different things. The first person who receives the packages probably is the one sending back the photo album because they can't put that in the pile of new packages that the next person needs to go through. Then the next person is the one who checks your package to see if there's anything wrong that might trigger a rejection. That's probably why it takes a few days to even get the acceptance text. And apparently it takes close to a month to get the rejected package back.

Oh, my package delivered on April 12th, one day before 90 days window, till now, no response, nor return package. Don’t know what to do. It’s extremely frustrating to wait to see what is the outcome. USCIS customer care doesn’t giving any information.

Yes, my wife (USC) called them since I stuck in India, they said they can’t give any info unless it’s past 30 days.

Filed on April 27; package delivered to the Dallas P.O. box on April 29. Just received the text message with receipt number beginning EAC. Let the waiting begin....
