Please help if anyone can don't know what to do

Hi everyone , 

 

My brother is Ukraine citizen and went to Moscow for visit end up started work there with visitor visa or entry i don't know about Russian Visa or anything , so a week ago i just found out that he got arrest and now i hear from a friend he asking 4000$ to free him back to ukraine I don't have money we are poor family we got nobody to help i am green card holder working here in states take care of my family my mom went to hospital cos of this stress and she wants to my brother back home Anyone have any idea where to contect or do something to just talk to him on phone or anyone could do it don't know what to do my mom is hospital with heart problem have not eat anything from 40 hours so stress and sad wish let him go now anyone can give me contect number or any lawyer please ? i appreciated everyone advice please thanks and god bless

Call the Ukrainian Embassy.

October 7, 2018 In the USA

October 27, 2018 Green Card received 

October 29, 2018 Applied for Social Security Card - November 5, 2018 Social Security Card received

November 6th, 2018 State ID Card Received, Applied for Global Entry - Feb 8,2019 Approved.

July 14, 2020 Removal of Conditions submitted by mail  July 12, 2021 Biometrics Completed

August 6, 2021 N-400 submitted by mail

September 7, 2021 I-751 Interview, Sept 8 Approved and Card Being Produced

October 21, 2021 N-400 Biometrics Completed  

November 30,2021  Interview, Approval and Oath

December 10, 2021 US Passport Issued

August 12, 2022 PHL Dual Nationality Re-established & Passport Approved 

April 6,2023 Legally Separated - Oh well

You can start with the one in Washington DC.  If they can't help you then try Moscow.

i appreciated Your comment Paul , I did look online everywhere I am not sure if they can help me with this matter I hope can find someone who live in Moscow Russia , can tell me more about visitor got arrest on work area

A random person is not going to be able to help you.  You need government officials to help you.

 

Your brother is Ukrainian presumably arrested in Moscow.  Call the Ukrainian government.  Contact the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC.  https://usa.mfa.gov.ua/en/embassy/contacts
