Hello,

I just submitted my I 130 last week.  I received this case number beginning with IOE.  I can't check the case number on the website.  I'm nervous something went wrong.  It was my belief that it would be forwarded to a service center, but from my research IOE is an e-filing.  It's strange because sent a paper application :(.

– IOE – ELIS (e-Filing); and
– YSC – Potomac Service Center.

looks like your petition went to Potomac, and you are correct IOE case # are that of a e-filing, we got those when I paid the immigrant fee for my husband and when I had to apply for a replacement card because of DHS error. with both of those we got IOE case #'s

Same here.  We received IOE also.  What service center are you? My SC is Nebraska.

  I asked few of my friends about this IOE and most of them got approved for 2months only.

I'm about two months in now with the Texas service center.  I'm really hoping that it gets approved within two months like yall say

I am guessing you are in luck with IOE receipt number!  expect it to be approved soon!

I have asked NVC and they gave me below reply through email

"Based on your USCIS receipt number, your case benefited from a pilot electronic process for the I-130 petition. USCIS reviewed and approved your petition faster than average cases of this type as we develop the fully electronic transfer of data from USCIS to the Department of State.  We thank you for your patience while we continue to refine our process with these electronic petitions"

I heard there are March Filers who got approved this Month of June.  I think this IOE really is faster than the average cases

They never communicated the noa2 to me via email or text.  I Would check the status of my petition everyday and the same day I saw I was approved I also received the paper notification. It was surprising because I requested electronic communication in my petition.

So in 2 months they didn’t update you? Gee.. I’ve been checking mine too. i also sign up for this electronic thing. Do you know what’s the next step after you got approve? Congrats to you!

Hello;

I send my I-130 for my spouse via USPS last week Friday. I got a text message yesterday saying that my application was received, and a IOE receipt number was sent to me saying that the official receipt notice (Form I-797) to follow in the mail. Does this mean my case was approved?  What should I expect.
