No Houston.  Trying to figure out why there is a delay.  IO also recommend approval and said I should get approval/oath letter.

During info pass Officer said I “might be waiting on supervisor.”  Sounds like it is in a black hole!

Hey guys!

Congrats to everyone who had their oath ceremony so far! This website has been a God-send for us so far! Asking for some assistance again!

Has anyone here tried to petition for parents to become a permanent resident yet? I am helping my husband apply for his mom and having issues getting her I-94. My mother-in-law is here on a B1/B2 visitor's visa, she arrived in October. I have tried to get her I-94 number online but it says 'no record found for traveler' when I enter her info. We are able to view her Travel History on the CPB website with her information but not her actual I-94. Has anyone else come across this? She has the admission stamp on her passport from her arrival. Or anyone know of any groups that are covering this topic?

Thanks in advance!

March 2014: met while I was on a study abroad trip in Ecuador & kept in contact with each other after I left

August 2014: visit to Ecuador

November 12 2014: sent I-129f

November 17 2014: I-129f received (Texas Service Center)

November 20 2014: received electronic NOA1

November 24 2014: received hard copy NOA1 in mail

December 2014: visited Ecuador again...officially engaged on 12/12/14!

March 2015: visit to Ecuador for Spring Break

June 10, 2015: NOA2 text/email notification

My online status changed to Oath Ceremony Scheduled right away on the day of my interview. And I actually recognized some people at the oath ceremony from the day of my interview. Maybe call to check what happened?

I called USCIS and they gave me the general answer , like every case are not the same and different I need to wait until they schedule my oath. SMh. But I did I contacted the USCIS ombudsman yesterday and send a case request review. I think that will help. Because I did the same thing for my green card application when I saw they took to long with it . And after I contacted the ombudsman USCIS , 3 days after my green card application were approved. So now fingers crossed. Smh

How do you contact Ombudsman? through phone or email? are they different than Congressional Inquiry? My lawyer about to help me draft a letter for congressional inquiry due to it almost hit 4 months with no update since my interview but not sure about Ombudsman like yours if it can be better?

Uscis ombudsman is a separate branch in the department of the Homeland security who helping individuals with their applications if their case take longer than expected. Again they are not part of the USCIS, They are gorvement branch but not USCIS. I can give you a link just copy and paste it . And you can click on submit a case review to them. They helped me really fast in 2016. That's why I trust them enough to help me with this as well.

Me neither. 😞

I applied in April 2019. Online case completion shows June 2020 but I highly doubt if I’ll get interview notice prior to that. One of the other guy from ND applied in August 2018 with no interview notice yet. Applying from ND sucks!
