Fees question

Not sure if this is the right forum to post.  We are K-1 now doing adjustment of status.  Does anyone know the exact fees for doing aos?  🙏

I believe the fee is $1,225 for Form I-485 and the adjustment of status packet filed with USCIS, including the biometric fee.

Make sure you also file for EAD and Advance Parole along with the AOS........I-765 and I-131 are free if filed with I-485.

I suggest you look at the actual USCIS pages for each form for AOS (I485, I864, I765, I131) and look through the bullet points for each and read the instructions carefully. Filing locations and fees (and more) are explained for each form.

That's correct (until the next time fees change), unless you've got any K-2 children you'll also need to apply for.
