Yeah, I hang a tad to the left, I reckon.  But I have enough of my DNA on the right side to claim MOR.  As I said, it’s the extremes on either side that are the issue, the root of so many problems IMO.

Just had 3 disc's replaced. That stuff eliminated all pain and had me signing.  I  think I drunk dialed about 4 people. I had a guy call me today to remind me. 

 

I dont consider you mdl either, and I am far less efficient meds now

I've been in the hospital a week. Multiple surgeries.. real rough for a while. One of the last things I remember is my husband carrying me into the ER. They couldn't get an IV so they jammed two of those Dilaudid into my muscle. Everything was groovy in five minutes. They've cautiously sent me home with those oxy, I'm trying to just make it on Tylenol because that junk makes me hallucinate. Missed you guys!

 

I thought it was against the Bible to be MDL or MDR.

One more funny story. When the respiratory therapist came in , she started talking , got to my name  and almost fainted. 

 

She was someone I knew when I was single, and things did not end the way she liked and has been very vocal to friends about how much she hates me. Keep in  mind i have no issues with her and was pumped up on Dilaudid.

 

It was a brief visit. She tried to explain my breathing treatment but never finished. I pumped her hand a few times and complimented her weight loss.

 

I had to immediately call my friends and tell them

No its against the tos to call someone specifically  out for having tds. You can refer to a group

Well I hope so too. Just know that your liver, pancreas, gallbladder, and bowels are super important, and when stuff goes wrong it tends to go really wrong. Here I was thinking my appendix had blown... ha ha.

I'm 1000x's better than I was a few days ago.  Bed rest for a long while. My labs are still a bit whacky, but it was good enough for them to send me back home. Every surgery, even in emergency.. has risks, and I got unlucky. They thought I'd be okay, but I wasn't and it took them a while and another surgery to figure out what went wrong. Damage been done though.

 

It's always good to take a break from the sometimes arguing that goes on here and focus on what really matters. Be good to each other guys!

Very sorry to hear this, Yuna.  Sounds like you've had a tough go at it lately.  Hoping for a speedy and strong recovery!

 

On a sad note, had a dear friend go in for a tubligation years ago.  Very common surgery, very simple procedure and recovery.  She went home, started feeling bad by day two.  Fever, tenderness, etc., but thought it was par for the course.  Day three was worse.  Back to the hospital.  Drugs and all, but it was too late.  Sepsis had set in.  She died the next day.  Turns out the doctor nicked her colon during the procedure. 

 

Glad you are home and getting better.  Hope you and NB enjoy that D***** drug, never even heard of it.

It's a kind of hydromorphone. Works fast, kills pain instantly. High as a loon though. I know they dosed me with it and fentanyl. I'm like ''.. the stuff that kills people?!" Nurse is like: ''yeah but you'll be alright''.

 

In my case I can't fault the surgeon, my anatomy gave him a difficult time, and I ended up losing a bit of my liver as a result. But some mistakes were made in that diseased tissue was left behind where they weren't thinking to look. This led to obstruction, infection, shock, and yeah... not good. After the second operation, it's much better now. Feel like I could just sleep for years though.
