Dear All, 

I am LPR of United state since 2017 and I need to file 2017 and 2018 taxes. I am single, I live in London and I pay taxes in UK. My earnings are below 50K dollars. 

Please help me I do not know what to do, I am confused with all the information on IRS.GOV

If you live in London then are you SURE you're still legal resident of the US?


29.11.2013 - NoA1

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview. 


03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.  


24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

Yes I am, I applied for a Re-entry permit on March 2018 and the permit is approved until March 2020.

I really need guidance, as I would like to proceed with everything in the correct way

I am in medical treatment in UK that I could not afford in the US. That is why I am living abroad. Thanks
