Oct 4 they said my case was sent to NVC.How long did you received yours?Did you call them?

It took me about 1 month and a half. I would suggest emailing NVC. On the letter that states they sent it to NVC has instructions on how to email them. I emailed them and 2 days after I received the email with the case number.

I have separate petitions for mom and dad at NVC. Will they get seperate interviews when they reach that stage since petitions are different? Is there a way to make sure they get interview on the same day?

Based on our case, Yes they will have a different interview date. We got the interview date letter from NVC for my dad first lasy September 16, 2019 and the interview date is October 21. Still waiting for my mom.

I think you need to log on to CEAC and Pay the fee before you can start filling and submitting the DS260 form. Once submitted they will send you an email confirmation that they have received the DS260. Note: Be sure you have all the information required on the form like parents of your mom, if they are still alive, if deceased be sure to have the date of death etc...

Call them. They need to assign the NVC. Case number and then you sign in to CEAC and start completing the tasks required

Wow I think you can request NVC to schedule them together, can’t you?

Yes they'll have a different dates. My Dad was already scheduled on October 21, 2019 and still waiting for my Mom. My Brother called NVC and they asked my brother to send an email so they can forward to Manila Embassy. I guess once NVC forwarded the case to Manila Embassy it's them deciding for Seperate Interview. My dad's interview was cancelled though due to Sputum test. Waiting for culture result.
