if u wanna help help of not dont say nothing

Daily reminder that it is against the TOS to tell people not to comment.

I hope people want to help, although that does not always equate to being supportive of a plan.

Start by reading the instructions and guides. It seems like you're very, very early into the process and haven't done the basics yet. Once you understand those, the path forward and next steps will become more clear.

I will just stay shut please, are you seriously coming on here to ask American women advice on how to bring a Moroccan here after marrying and divorccing one of us for a green card?? This is typical of some Moroccan male  if you want to generalize, you're a user and you got the outcome you wanted and now you get to bring your wife here, good for you, I was being nice but please don't come here insulting us "American" women, get out of our country, go back to yours and live with her there if we Americans are an issue for you.

Follow the guides (https://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1) and read through the forum (especially the Morocco portal) to get a good understanding on the visa process and the difficulties of the Casablanca consulate. Every case is different, so no one here can say with certainty what your outcome will be or what questions might come up in your petition or at your wife's interview.

If you are going through the visa process and will be interviewing in Casablanca, Morocco, join us over at the

US-Morocco Visa Discussion Facebook Group! :)

Asked about what please

This and your previous question suggest that you are not yet sufficiently able to understand written English well enough to understand either the advice you are being given OR the instructions for the forms.  I suggest you hire professional assistance.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

The problem is not that the forum doesn't give answers. The problem is that you are expecting people on the forum to answer things that you would already know about if you had read the I-130 instructions on the USCIS website yourself. No one can help you if you aren't willing to help yourself by reading the I-130 form instructions on USCIS website and the guides on VisaJourney.

People have been telling you over and over to read the guide and even provided you the link.  If you cannot understand instructions that have already been given over and over, maybe you need a lawyer this time.

Did you read the guides as directed?

Did you read the instructions for each form as directed?

If not, do so.

If so, feel free to ask specific questions about items you don't understand or how they apply to your specific circumstances.

No one is blaming just you, alot of these women are just as stupid. I am going to go on a limb here since you offended me and guess that she was way older than you and unable to have children I bet? What a nice pairing, a menopausal or near menopausal woman, desperate for love , with adult children  equals a perfect combination for visa scavengers like yourself. I am not going to sugar coat it since you personally attacked me, nor am I trying to be disrespectful but agreed, she was just as foolish thinking that a much younger guy will in fact make a life partner. Most women young and relatively attractive and struggle to get a semi sane and handsome individual to go on a date with and can't get a text back yet these women whom are older by 15+ years, no offense to anyone, should really keep in mind that that combo is probably not going to work out in the long run especially from a Muslim man wanting children , so NO , it's not only you , it's both. I am sorry if I offended you but this is just what I have gathered from all of the posts.

PS: No need to keep explaining your position, at the end of the day only the consulate will approve your case, no one else.

Priorities always play a role. If the priority is working on a project over filing for your wife sooner, that's fine. The forms will be there when you're ready for them.
