We do see very few WoM's  that have been successful, sadly many Lawyers seem more interested in their fees, would I know be helpful to others if you could provide details of your case.

You see very few WoMs in general, successful or not. The success rate for experienced firms is 99%.

I will inform you of the result of mine.

There is a Lawyer who does money back guarantees on Waivers, with a 99% success rate hopefully WoM Lawyers are doing the same.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

the US supreme court upheld as lawful

I am an immigration attorney in Los Angeles and I disagree with this take. The Trump v Hawai'i decision was narrowly decided on the question of whether the ban is a Muslim ban.. The courts are more than willing to entertain other types of challenges or challenges to other parts of the travel ban. This is includes challenges to unreasonable delays in administrative processing.

Rigorous mandamus litigation challenging the travel ban can and does result in the expedited adjudication of waivers. In a case I filed in May, Mosleh v. Pompeo, waivers were adjudicated for all 7 Yemeni plaintiff families, nearly 20 immigrant visas in all, in only 45 days.

Hello everyone,

I am a Syrian applicant, my case has been under AP for 8 months now.

I contact the embassy on monthly basis and all I get is a automatic response with the same words every time.

I am thinking of filing a lawsuit but I am scared from the outcome,

I have heard of some cases getting approved after filing a lawsuit (Iranian citizens). Does anyone have a background about this??

Thank you

Have you contacted your state representative? If your past your priority date this can help.
