Wife having affair

Hello VJ’S.

I caught my wife recently exchanging explicit content. Sex positions images  (the guy replied let’s add it to our list), the positions they both enjoy etc.

im in a very conflict situation right now. I spoke to her about it but she denied point blank and they never exchanged or talk about anything like that (I felt like a fool that she will lie about something I saw with my own eyes)

Her counter is they were school mates and have known each other for a long time. So they just but nothing explicit and having an affair.

To cut long story short, I am in a foreign country and have no support or so ever apart her obviously,  I do want to talk to her mom about this new development but not sure if it’s the right thing to do.

My removal of conditions is due in 3 months

Do what you think is best. You can file ROC with a divorce waiver, so if you're worried about not maintaining your LPR status, don't worry. In the end it's your marriage, and only you can know if this is something you guys can work out or not.

Gather evidence NOW that you married in good faith and put it in a safe place for ROC

As @little immigrant says get your removal

of conditions evidence together in case she tries to destroy it out of spite.

 

Then sit down and think does this cross my line for staying in a relationship (without consideration of immigration concerns).

 

If you would divorce if this had happened in a relationship in your home country you shouldn’t tolerate things that you wouldn’t normally do just because of your immigration status. 

 

If you would try and reconcile if this had happened in a relationship in your home country then try and resolve it, if she is willing to cooperate. 

 

We cannot not tell you what should be the boundaries in your relationship but whatever you decide to do the community here will help with your immigration process going forward. Wishing you the best.
