I just got a letter from department of state saying aproval notice. Is this the wavier.....someone tell me please...my hands are shaking........its a white paper. Is this the wavier....... it didnt say waiver but it state aproval notice.

Final approval notice comes from USCIS. It is called I-797 and is light greenish thick paper. DoS favorable recommendation is white paper and it mentions USCIS office your case was sent to. Which one is it?

It is from department of homeland security,  it is form 1-797c notice of action. It states notice type: aproval notice from vermont service centre. It states that it is a courtesy copy, that they sent the orignal to my g-28 which is my lawyer
