Hmm I got my criminal record check today from the ottawa police and didn't get asked to do any finger printing. I also clicked to have it under the privacy act so yea, i'm not sure what to do lol, is finger printing 100% necessary?

I got mine done through commissionnaires under privacy act

  They finger printed me and did my picture. On the letter from RCMP it states after my check was done fingerprints were destroyed

NOA2: Feb. 5.

We received the NOA 2 by mail. However, the status of our case is still "Received I-129F on July 31, 2019", whether I check the old Website (https://egov.uscis.gov/), the new website (https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov) or call (1-800-375-5283).

I have called NVC as well, and they have not received the application.

Has anyone dealt with this? What should I do, if anything?

Our case got to NVC exactly 4 weeks after our NOA2, and our USCIS account STILL only says "received" (our interview is this month, lol). Honestly your case will probably get to NVC tomorrow (or very soon after).

Both USCIS sites still say “received” too.

But our case is at NVC

This Thursday will make 2 weeks since Montreal received my case and I'm still waiting on P3 🤦🏼‍♀️  this is truly the biggest test of patience ever 😂

If your timeline is identical to the way @NicoleM 's was in February, your CEAC date could change tomorrow, meaning they'll have shipped the P3, meaning maybe thursday or Friday you could send your P3 email unprompted?  Maybe???  And MAYBE you could sneak in an April interview date?!! MAYBE?!?!?!? *hope hope*

@Lana&Ivy

I like the way you think 😂

Actually CEAC did update my case last Thursday (date changed from Feb 21 to Feb 28) but there's nothing in the mailbox yet. I know it'll get here eventually. I'm just being overly impatient 🤣

I have heard others sending the P3 email unprompted... but I feel safer to wait til I get the letter 😊
