Just got notification that my Oath was scheduled... Will post back once I have the date.

I am not on the list. I applied online Feb 2nd, Biometrics were done Feb 26th and today recieved a litter in the mail with my interview scheduled for May 6th. I'm shocked I had been told 13-14 months

for those who are done with the interview; did they still ask for the original marriage certificate and your spouse’s Certificate of citizenship/birth certificate?

 

and what do they usually ask after the civil test, reading and writing test?

In the letter it says you have to bring these documents but the officer I had didn’t asked to see any of them. You should definitely have them with you just in case though.

 

After civics and reading/writing, they go over the application questions. And at the very end after he said he’ll recommend mine application for approval, he asked me why I wanted to become a citizen.

After that he had me read "Who can vote?" and then write "Citizens can vote". Then he went over the application questions and that was it. I had my oath ceremony yesterday, so it's official now, I'm citizen :dance: Good luck to everyone.

 

P.S: ceremony scheduled for 1.00pm (Detroit), judge showed up 2.15pm. I was lucky that my baby slept almost through all waiting time and ceremony.
