Today I received the NOA stating that my Green Card is extented for 18 months from the expiration date of my current Green Card. I had attached a photo album (with soft cover from Shutterfly) as supporting document and they sent it back saying that they cannot use that format in my file.

you should have sent them print outs of the pics on photographic paper.. USCIS is old school. Keep the most recent ones with family/ kids etc on the front and write a brief description on the backside of the photo. This is how they want it.

Printer paper is fine. Making a ms word doc is easy, just paste the pictures there and write down the description, dates, locations, people in it, etc, following the picture, print them, that’s it.

It depends on the person reviewing your case, I submitted the same type of album for AOS and during the AOS interview without any issues.

Nothing happens. I think I'll call them back again. I just looked at your timeline. It's funny because my interview was the same day with your interview and at the same location in Boston for our conditional greencard. Now we sent our I751 on the same day :P

02/22/19: Received NOA with 18 months extension from Vermont

03/12/19: Completed early walk-in biometric in 10 minutes

Our package was delivered on Friday, 2/15. Same morning we got a text for our pending I-90 case saying it was denied. We had been told to request a replacement card due to USCIS error, back in July 2017 (card had the wrong category) but then they just let it sit for a year and a half. I assume the denial was because we are now in the 90-day window to expiration. Not sure if it was a coincidence that it was denied on the day our I-751 was delivered. In any case - that's all the action we've got so far!

Its advisable to book an Infopass appointment with the nearest USCIS office, just to make sure everything is ok

Here we go again! now for Removing of Conditions. February 5 was my opening day so I literally send my package that day, they've received it at the Phoenix, AZ office the 6th and send the NOA the 8th, with a conditional status extended for 18 months. Can't believe how fast it was!

I figure we’ll wait to get the I-90 denial letter in the mail. If the reason is what I think it is (they don’t replace cards once you’re in the 90-day window) I don’t see a need to go for infopass.
