Got a March interview date today.

Mumbai

CC: Oct 11, 2018.

What date did you get the interview date for your parents?  Also, did you do anything that may have led to them giving the interview date now?

If it is a TOS violation then they should better update their Timeline on time & respond to other people questions. Once people get their Interview dates they don't care about other people & no longer be active on this forum. This is BS

Sharing personal information on timeline is also the individual's personal choice. You cannot enforce that by any means.

(Just my opinion)

According to me, updating timeline is not kind of personal information and if that's the case then at least they should respond to other people questions & concerns. They should help each other out that is why everyone is here.

Thanks! It took 2 weeks exactly

Ok, did they ask you for a tax transcript for 2018?, I added 2018 w2s just for extra additional documents and I’m afraid they might ask me to get it. But it’s impossible to include 2018 transcript it is not available. I’ve seen some people include 2018 w2 and are fine.

They did ask me for W2 even with irs transcript. So you made a good choice it will save you 3 weeks of pain.

I included w2 but transcripts for 2018 aren’t available yet. So why would they ask for it

They asked for 2018 tax transcripts? They shouldn't have. It should be past 3 years of recent tax you filed.
