hello! If you don't me asking i saw your got your initial approval in November and then it went to NVC to Mumbai Consulate. After that do you receive the packet 4 information? or how was the process after NOA 2. I applied in October and i'm hoping i get NOA 2 by March or early April and wanted to get a general idea what to expect. Thank you in advance.

Yes, it's more or less what the guides say. I'm not sure exactly what you want to know but after the NVC, you basically wait for the packet 4, & after the beneficiary has received packet 4 in the mail, they have to fill & submit DS-160, & then proceed to booking appointments on ustraveldocs, though we probably spent a few more days than we should have in doing these things, mostly because we wanted to get things absolutely right. Now, I'm waiting for my fiancee's i-134 & other stuff to come here while I'll be doing the medical, biometrics & the interview.

So how long after you got NOA 2 to Packet 4? I guess after NOA2 it goes to NVC and they just ship the approved package to Embassy and Embassy generates requested packet 4 and send it to the beneficiary?

It's all listed on my timeline, NOA2 on 5th November & I received the package on 26th December. Right, I guess that's pretty much it.

Regarding the medical, should I be carrying ALL of my medical history/documents to the designated panel-physician, like, everything since my childhood or only the recent/present stuff?

I got everything that my doctor had (about 10 years of medical history) but they didn't even ask for it. You can take it just to be sure.
