Submitted N-400 application on 1/6.

Received online notification of Biometrics appointment scheduling on 1/11.

Biometrics Notification instructions (for 1/28 appointment Alexandria, Virginia) appeared in our online Documents Tab today.

Mother and two daughters are applying.  But, we only received a biometrics appointment for the mother and not the two daughters (as was the case with our I-751 ROC process when all three had biometrics appointments).  I'm wondering if we did something wrong on the N-400 application online.

I got my biometric appointment yesterday online. It is scheduled for the 30th of January but I printed it out and walked in today for my biometrics. It took me 14 minutes to be done. As I was driving home I got a notification from USCIS that they are actively reviewing my application now.

Submitted N-400 application on 1/9

Received online notification of Biometrics appointment scheduling on 1/12 .

Biometrics Notification instructions (for 1/29 appointment in Dallas) appeared in my online Documents Tab today 1/15

Got hotel reservation and have asked for the day off, didn't wanna go early since it's a long trip and it would suck if they turned me away lol.

I'm in Shreveport, LA so it seems to be a weird place cause my biometrics are gonna be taken in Dallas but I think the test and interview will be in Arkansas. Which is 5 hours from here so it'll be another day off and night in a hotel. I'm so ready for it all!

Tell me about it! I "luckyly" got rear ended on Halloween and had money left over after my car got totaled. So I went ahead and applied. Applying online was so easy! Took me no time at all, was able to pay online and everything. I was for sure impressed.

That’s awesome! They didn’t tell you anything for printing it out and not waiting for the mailed copy?

I printed out biometrics appointment and went to try walk in this morning to Chatsworth CA office. Everything went smoothly. The whole process took me 15 minutes. When I got out and checked my phone, I had a text and email saying my application is actively being reviewed. Now back to waiting game .
