We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time

   Has anyone gotten an email like this after they sent in an RFE? "WE ARE STILL REVIEWING YOUR CASE" ? I think it was lucky we got an update that they received our documents, and its been close to 20 something days since we sent it back with no response, but now we get this email? I'm grateful they took the time to send one at all but now i'm worried this means the approval will take long. If anyone else got an email like this while waiting for an IR1/CR1 approval please tell me how long after was your case reviewed/approved. Thank.you!

Pls can you clarify the details about your case , whether it's new or under going for administrative processing for new approval ?

It means nothing. It's a generic email that basically says "keep waiting". Some people have been receiving those during the whole evaluation time (with our without RFE), others have been approved already and still get one.

CEAC Issued: Februery 27, 2019

VOH: March 12, 2019

POE: March 23, 2019

Marriage: May 10, 2019

December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!

February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!

May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

thank you for your answers. Moses Bee, my case is ir1 Pending NOA2. Daniela thank you for your response, I will not take the email pessimistically then. it's very difficult when my kids constantly ask why their Dad is not here, kids don't understand immigration .
