Well there is nothing for you to do, it will be sent back and a NOIR will be issued to your Spouse to refute the reason it was declined.

Couldn’t your wife send it, or did she also sell her old phone?

No, it’s not. It’s proof that you spent an hour or so at a ceremony, that’s all. Many people enter into a legal marriage just to get a green card, that’s precisely why they want to see history - to prove it’s a genuine relationship and not just a transaction entered into to get a green card.

You have it all wrong.

People who have fake marriages to get green cards have marriage certificates.  What they don't have is a history together.  Real couples have a history before they get marry.  Email.  Letter.  Etc.  Fakers who rush to make a marriage transaction do not have a long relationship history.  So, a marriage certificate alone means nothing.  It's the history together that is important.

Scrubbing chat history, changing phones, and new accounts right before marriage are red flags of making changes to fake a marriage for a green card.

Your lack of a history together is the reason your visa was denied.

you should send them an inquiry. Many times, status shown is not accurate. It might mean they are still reviewing the documents that you submitted.

thnks i already sent them an inquire a week ago but no answer
