So I filed my I-129f on September 19th and got my NOA1 about a week later. My fiancé is currently in Honduras. I’m going to visit him over Christmas. I know that once the petition is approved (hopefully) he will need an affidavit of support. I am just barely making the income requirement so my mom is going to sponsor as well. My question is, should I fill out the affidavit of support for both me and my mother and take it to him in December? Or will that be too early? I’m just not sure if the affidavits need wet signatures as opposed to scanned signatures. Thank you!

It's probably too early because new taxes will be filed before you actually have a chance to use your I-134. Just start researching and be sure you are ready to fill it out when the time comes.

Here in lies the problem about filing in the I-134 this soon. If you have an interview before April 15th then yes could possibly use the copy you bring to him now. But if the interview is after the CO at the interview will be looking for a fresh I-134 with taxes from 2018. You could complete an I-134 to bring with you to Honduras and leave it with him and if his interview is before April 15 then you are fine otherwise depending on what the Embassy tells you about a "wet" signature you can decide from their. Some Embassy's require a wet signature and others do not. I would recommend emailing the Embassy that question. If scanned copies are fine with the Embassy then it's best to wait as you can email them to him and he can print there in his country.

Just a follow up the wet signature is needed at your Embassy. I was talking with someone who interviewed there and they confirmed this bit of news.
