My fiancè included the name of my son on his K1 Visa Petition (Form I-129F), on the Affidavit of Support (Form I-134) and to my DS-160 application form, do I need to fill-out a separate DS-160 form for my son for his K2 visa application? Or do I need to contact the Consular Office to send me additional form for his application?

First, please comlete your timeline so that your country is visible. Second, go to your US embassy website and check for K1 interview guide and check list. They are somewhat country specific. Third, how old is your son? It does matter. Fourth, it does matter if you have full custody or need the other parent's consent for the child to immigrate. Long story made short, yes, every K1/K2 applicant does need a separate DS-160, I-134 and their own visa application file, a separate medical, medical fee and embassy fee paid, their own passport and maybe interview for the child. A single approved petition covers them all.

I am a Filipina but working and living in Italy. My son is 17 years old and I have the full custody of my son. Can I schedule or apply his visa along with my application? But I notice that if you choose the category of Fiancè for the application of visa, you must enter the Passport Number, the DS-160 Number and the case number. The case number is issued on the appointment letter sent to each K1 applicant, but the same window appears that requires to be filled out when doing additional applicant, what should I do on the part of the K2 visa application? Thank you very much.

I will try to finish my timeline

My son is 17 years he will have his own interview which may be scheduled along with yours or later if he's following to join; that is, if he's with you in Italy; note he also needs police clearance from where he lived after 16 old and I have the full custody of my son. Can I schedule or apply his visa along with my application? I am not that close to scheduling a K2 interview, so probably someone with more experience can relate

You need a Manila specific answer.   The Philippines regional forum is where you want to get the answers

YMMV

But if the OP is resident in Italy and has a full custody of her son, why would she go to Manila for interview? It is my understanding that they want their interview scheduled together and it is not Philippines.

1. Yes your son can have his interview at the same time so you will schedule it after you schedule yours.

2. You will fill out a DS-160 and when you complete yours it will ask you something like "do you have another applicant" or "child" as I forget the exact wording. What it does it populates your information to his form and where there are blanks, normally associated to his information, you continue answering the questions. Once you get finished with his it will ask you the same question, then you will answer no if there is no one else.

3. You can call NVC and get your case number over the phone. Instructions are on this page see #2:

4. Where is you interview going to be held at Philippines? Italy?

5. Timelines help us to help you with your questions as well as your profile. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

I have all the requirements in, I was just a little  confused on how can I include my son to my application for the schedule of interview. I I didn’t know that I need to fill out another DS-160 form for him. I also have the NOA1 and NOA2. My son and I are living in Italy together, and the letter that the NVC has sent me states that my interview will be at Naples, Italy. What else do I need to know for filling of our schedule for the interview? Thank you everyone for taking time to check on my concern..

I am not sure if you plan on traveling through the Philippines on your way to the US but if you do please be aware that to leave the Philippines you will pay an additional tax and you will be required to complete CFO before you are allowed to leave the PI.

One last item you put completed your profile but you stated you will be processing through the PI because you now have the PI flag. Since you told us you were processing through Italy, you would want to go back in and change your profile to reflect Italy. Once you do that then we can see that Italy is your Embassy and our answers will be based on that bit of information. Thanks.
