So another example of USCIS can't get their $#it together...

My Oath was scheduled for March 26 at 1 pm at the George Eastman Museum.  I happen to know the director of special events at the museum so I reached out to him to find out more about what goes on and some logistics.  He said "Oh yes we do it twice a year it's really cool but they're really bad about communications.  You show up at 8:30...".  Wait.  8:30?  My ceremony is at 1 pm.  "No, that's impossible they're always morning events."  He checked the museum schedule and confirmed it's a morning booking, reached out to the judge who also confirmed he is booked for a morning ceremony. The judge is going to contact USCIS to see what's going on. Wouldn't that have been fun to show up to the ceremony to find out it had already transpired earlier in the day?

Hi Nikolas2017. I had to reply on this thread because I noticed you've been distressed abt what happened to you at the Tampa office. Funny thing is, I just interviewed for N-400 there on Monday 02/04 and my interviewer told me the same thing and gave me the same form - that says I passed the test but they can't approve my application at this time (the only difference is interviewer said they have a major problem with their system so they can't do approvals and will have applicants come back LATER to complete the approvals) So relax, you're not the only one in your boat.

Quick Update! IO called me on Tuesday to schedule a time to come back in & complete interview. Went in this morning, and IO scanned my file with a scanner and said both apps were finally approved. Got a text update this evening that I-751 is approved. I guess the system is back up running at the TAMPA office. So Nikolas2017 you might be expecting a call or update from your IO about your case.

Good news to hear update about your case. So how about n400 case status on your account now. Did it approved yet. I think  they should schedule the Oath for you soon. Maybe next week.

No update on N-400 yet online. But IO said I-751 will update first, then N-400 will update. So I'll wait and see

Went with spouse because it was combo interview. I looked at a lot of prior approval cases on VisaJourney and saw it was a common trend for some IOs to interview you and your spouse for the I-751 part of the combo interview. So I asked my spouse if she could come with me for the interview. At interview, I saw that some IOs didnt ask the spouse to come in to the office; they only asked the applicant to come in. So I guess it just depends on your IO.
