The first thing you need to do is get yourself somewhere safe.  Along with that you need to document the evidence you have with the proper authorities.  Beyond that, I would look for a good divorce attorney, and possibly one with immigration experience as you may need to change your AOS to a divorce waiver with documentation of abuse.  Here is a thread that may be helpful.

Good Luck and Stay Safe.

Get a lawyer and file for divorce. File for VAWA. If he ever abuses you again call the police.

Go to the interview, tell the officer that you suffered abuse and you will file VAWA soon and ask the officer to put the I-485 on hold until final adjudication of your VAWA.

Go to the police and file a police report, and if you fear for your life get a restraining order against him as well.

Go to the police to file a police report against him for two reasons, first because your husband should be punished,  and second with the police report you don't have to attend therapy and have a psychological evaluation done, because to file VAWA if the person doesn't have a police report, hospital record or a  restraining order etc is advised to attend therapy .

IF YOU ARE STILL LIVING with him leave asap, go to a shelter for victims of domestic violence.
