I sure hope so! Tomorrow marks 300 days of waiting and we are just so tired. No idea why our case is delayed so much...

I saw that there was an August approval at Nebraska so hopefully it'll be your turn soon too

Yeah 301 days for me today. No that August approval was a special case..they are working through July. So looking at 11.5 plus months before I hear anything

I'm a September filer but I confess that I've been paying much more attention to the Nebraska thread. We're stuck in lingo.

With the exception of me and maybe one other guy who hasn't been on VJ in a few months, they're all approved or on the Nebraska thread 😛

We aren't at Nebraska but I've been checking in on the thread every so often to see what's going on and I really hope that September filers start to see some approvals in the next month or so! A whole year is just too long to be made to wait. 

Did you try the K3 loophole?

Nah we haven't sent it because we're not sure if it'll work at Texas or if it's a Nebraska only thing. You should be hearing something pretty soon if it's been 44 days!

wow..I am surprised they have not approved you yet as Texas seems to be 3-4 months ahead of Nebraska. Did you already call to find out what is going on with your case?

Yep we've called a few times but were only able to get through to tier 2 about a week and a half ago. Our case status was still set to "in background checks" despite the fact that the results of our background check came back in April. They forgot to update the status so our case was just sitting there. We're "with an officer" now but who knows how long that'll take (from what I've seen here it can be 8 days to a few months, never mind if we get an RFE).

We received this in the mail today, my husband is going to be gone for the next 10 days so we won't be able to check it until then. We just submitted a change of address so it is most likely a letter confirming that but from examples I've seen online it could also be an RFE and I can't find a solid answer re: if USCIS sends a letter confirming an address change or not. Are there any trained eyes here that can help figure this out so that we're not stressing for the next 10 days?
