You mean the I-129F, correct? You won't need to submit it again, but it's helpful for him to have a copy of everything you submitted in the petition to bring to the interview just in case. But it isn't required. The Casablanca consulate will send you a list of required documents for the interview once the interview is scheduled.

I-130 isn't needed for K-1. Just the I-129f petition, and you actually are just applying for the ability to apply for the K-1 at the embassy level.

Also, the evidence you gave in the petition will travel with it to the embassy after the USCIS and NVC stages.

You then will give on going proof of relationship materials, and the I-134 affidavit of support, as well as the beneficiary will supply any country specific documents.

if you submit k1. As well as i know you required to file only I129F nothing else.I 130 is for K3 after marriage.Might be your lawyer lost your documents that's why he is asking for it. Otherwise uscis they don't require your whole file again. My suggestion is for k1 it does'nt require lawyer. To Hire a lawyer may risk your application

To add a note, if USCIS requests something from your lawyer, and he is asking you, then he may have received and RFE asking for more documentation/evidence, or it is possible USCIS misplaced something (it happens).

He will need to bring a current I-134 and supporting documents to the interview. You don't need to include the I-134 in the intial I-129F petition package, it is only needed at the interview stage.

Seeing you  do not have NOA2 yet, you are looking at a 2019 interview

If before April 15th , 2017 IRS transcripts will be needed by Moroccan

make out your 2018 taxes asap in case interview is scheduled later and the 2018 IRS transcripts are needed

don't know how others sent theirs but i used post office overnight (cheapest) and it took 4-5 days to  get the packet of tax forms to him
