Me too! My PD is August 10 on NOA1 hard copy and the old website, but on the new website it says August 15. Which one is more accurate?

I would assume you would go with the date of your original receipt on NOA1. The other date could just be an entry error made by them.

Interesting. It doesn’t show a PD for me on new website. All it says is we received your case, you do not need to do anything.

That can't be right, surely? It should say a 'submitted date' on top. Mine is 14th August on new website, and the paragraph then says "We received your case on August 15.."

Login to new website, click on "My account" --> "Home" and then it'll say "Your cases", under it, it should say your receipt number and submitted date.

No, please don't freak out! It looks like cases were transferred sometime from the old site to the new site (this would explain the change of dates). So it might just be a glitch during transfer. As long as your case is there on the old site, I think it should be fine. This is what mine looks like:

Gave them a call, obviously didn’t get a good answer. “Oh it’s ok if it’s like it, everything is good with the case”. Tier 2 people are worse than Tier 1? Always less info than Tier 1s and such heavy accents? Looks like uscis is doing this on the cheap.

What is this new website? I just went there, I’ve never seen this one before. Do I have to register with a new account? I’ve never used an email to log into my accounts, just a user name. What is the difference between this site and the other? Sorry, I’m confused!

Apparently https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ is the new one. The one you’re talking about is “old”. Same thing, create an account and add your case, should show same status, but people are seeing different PDs but it shouldn’t make a huge difference.
