Honestly it took them 2 months to sent NOA. I would not expect the biometrics appointments sooner than in two months from now.

Hello,

Does anybody else here include their children on their i-751? I got my NOA dated October 21st  I thought I was going to receive NOAs for them too, but I have found on other threads on this forums that they only send letters to them letting them know they are included.  But I haven't received them.  Anybody else in the same situation?

I talked to USCIA and they suggested Infopass appointment, but I keep checking every day and there are no available appointments.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is more FYI.

I have lost my driving license that was still valid until 2021. My green card has been expired since few weeks ago. I went online and renewed the license online and pay the fee online. They didn't ask for any Noa or any kind prove of residency. I received my new driving license today in the mail. What is interesting is that it is valid from now for 5 years until 2023 and not original expiration.

I did the same - for Colorado. Renewed online, nothing was asked, got the new DL, same expires in 5 years.

1 or 2 month later, I got a letter from Colorado DMV/DL saying their system glitched and should not have been able to renew online. And need to go to DL office with that letter in a 1month from the date it was sent and show your documentation to get a new DL free of charge otherwise your DL will be cancelled. When I went, they just looked at my stamp on my passport - did not have NOA then. Made me put my signature and took my picture again - did not pay anything second time. Got the new DL two weeks later - same expiration date.

Just a heads up.

Is the 551 stamp necessary only once the extension letter expires? I thought they would send another letter. Was thinking about this earlier and for some reason I got freaked out that my husband only has the expired green card and ext letter. A quick search online didn’t offer any clarification.

I'm getting the same message, so I called and talked to a nice lady who told me that they have "nearly 11,000" (!!!) applications that they haven't uploaded to this system, and they're working to get them all in, but said not to worry and that there is no problem with my application.

Thnak you for the update!

Expired green card + extension letter are all he needs as long as he hasn't reached the end of the extension period.

I just got a text and an email update from uscis on my case - i signed up for notifications in the myaccount.dhs website that shows the status. (egov.uscis still does not recognize...).

The updates both say "we are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time" except in the email also says "we last took action on November 2, 2018". My status still shows Fingerprint fee received.

Curious if anyone got anything similar and an update?
