My attorney filed VAWA petition for me including; I-360, I-485 and I-765 few days back. As she has filed I-765 under C-31 category, when should I expect to receive EAD card ? My attorney said, I will receive it in 3-4 months after biometrics appointment. In this thread I found, EAD card only get issued if I-360 will be approved in C-31 category. Is this true ? Thank you so much, but it’s asking me for the passport number and I don’t have the original passport that I entered the US with it was burned in a house fire and I came here in 2000. I don’t mind applying for replacement I 94 but how do I get one without knowing my original passport number? Thank you for your help!

Did you never write down your passport number anywhere else or give it to your bank for identification or something like that or scanned it and have it in an old email? You can probably even contact your embassy and find out through them the old number.
