Hi all, wanted to give an update. It’s such a huge relief receiving this message. I got approved after 9 days since they received my RFE. Filed with CSC. I will advice anyone who received RFE, preparing to file I-751 to prepare a Will/Power of attorney and include with your application. Wishing the best of luck to every person with pending application. (I was a worrying machine as well) Your good news is coming.

So my file was transferred from VSC to Potomac on May 7th. Nothing since then, no RFE, no transfers to a different office etc. I'm not sure why. Just here to rant a little. I did apply for the N400 and it says November completion.

Was just wondering if you got approval by now. It really doesn't make sense as it feels like most of June filers got approvals and only few of us are left hanging. According to the official processing times page, 'receipt date for a case inquiry' shows June 18th, 2018. I've no idea how accurate it is but I hope you will be hearing a good news in a couple of days or so.

Hi guys!

I had a waiver interview, it was very smooth, the officer told me that he was going to mail me his decision. My attorney asked for a timeframe and his said that they were a little bit behind and he couldn’t give us a specific timeframe.

My interview was on Aug 29 and I haven't receive any news until now. I saw in other forums that my case has to go through a supervisor or sometimes they just don't update the online system.

I'm so anxious 😕

Any thoughts?

I hope that both is us get some food news soon. How did you find the June 18th receipt date for case enquiry ?

Status on Case tracker changed to this. 

Let's see how long it will take to be approved .

You can find out the date on the processing times info page; https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

You can also submit a service request/inquiry there but still hoping you will hear a good news before having to do so.

Do you know after how many days you can submit a service request?

I’ve been waiting for an answer to my RFE for 55 days now lol

Wow that's a long time of waiting after the RFE . I sent my response for RFE last week.   What was the RFE about? 

Have the status been updated to them receiving the  documents?

55 days sounds ridiculous.

On the processing times page, it says 'If your receipt date is before the “Receipt date for a case inquiry", you can submit an “outside normal processing time” service request online.' It doesn't mention anything about RFE so I'd submit a service request once it hits your eligible to inquire about your case. Right now, it shows June 19th, 2018 so I believe you can submit one next week since your receipt date (NOA1) is June 26th, 2018. Hope you will get your approval before that though.
