I am CSC filer July 2018, transferred to Potomac on June 2019. Receipt number is WAC1823******.

It's been 90 days since any update and I am starting to get a bit worried. Anybody else in the same boat? Anything I can do?

They received our package in early June 2018 at CSC, no transfer. We got our approval notice this week, and should be receiving our card today (we live close to where they produce the cards, lucky I suppose)

It took around 95 days after redo of biometrics to get approval. I noticed the trend was around 30 days, so it was very worrisome, but looks like we just needed to wait a little extra. We took the "everything but the kitchen sink" approach and didn't have any RFE. We also didn't apply for N-400 yet. Hopefully this helps someone!

Hi everyone.. so have been checking tje old site and new site and for the past two months they have both had the same notification saying" my case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction". But for the past 2days or so the new site changed to this below..why is it saying on August 2720190905_080429.thumb.jpg.e47b8e7ff1ddff09c16d681640018451.jpg, 2019, we received your form I-751, when they previously sent me that message on July, 2018. Am tired at this point, just hoping for some positive turnaround.

You will receive it soon, that's for sure, we got the RFE on the mail almost like 7 days after getting the notification on the tracker app. They request more proof that my wife and I live together, we sent both copies from our driver's license, marriage certificate, tax transcripts from the IRS and joint bank account, that was more than enough. We sent the package on August 16, they received it on the 19th and they started reviewing it on the 21st. The letter we got yesterday says the notice date was from August 30th and the Green Card was mailed on September 5th, so that's barely 9 days.

That's taking so long, ours was approved after 9 days. Is your case still within processing times?

After finally getting approved, next step it's citizenship 😁

I have no idea what the processing time is right now. My NOA was June 26 2018.

I only had to mail new fingerprint cards for my RFE since we’re stationed overseas. No clue why it takes so long for them to check those. I am a little confused now because yours was approved so fast after they received it.

Friends,

I am happy to announce that our green card arrived today. We were overseas for our vacation when we found out the news that we got approved.

We came back to US yesterday only to find green card int he mail today. This is a journey for us that we started in 2016 and its been exhausting waiting through the process. As i am sure all of you know. I just want to leave you with few word of encouragement and to stay patient and you will receive approval soon! For us this was a big mile stone and we will be looking on the next steps for citizenship. Thank you all for your help you have proved over the years.

Best regards.

So finally I received RFE letter and they said “ However , the documentation submitted is insufficient because it did not demonstrate communal resistance and commingling of financial responsibility for the duration of your marriage to the present.

The evidence submitted with form I-751 is limited . The lease agreements do not demonstrate that you maintained a continual residence because there was no evidence of payments made or mail received at the address listed on the lease agreements . Much of the evidence you submitted is recent because it is dated or effective in 2018. The evidence you submitted is insufficient to demonstrate continual and communal residence with your spouse from the date of marriage to the present. It also did not demonstrate commingling of financial responsibilities as described below from the date of your marriage to the present.

To establish eligibility for removal of conditions on residence, Please submit additional evidence to show you and your spouse entered the marriage in good faith and continue to share life together. “

and i I also need to mention they provided me a small envelope to return the evidence back to them . Lol

One thing I have seen people mentioned as additional pieces of information were: Wills and Powers of Attorney. Apparently Legalzoom online provides these products.
