Hi, I'm kinda new here. I got email alerts yesterday " case transferred and new office has jurisdiction" I have a processing center number starting with EAC181765****. I haven't gotten the notice in the mail yet. Has anyone with EAC OR VSC gotten these emails or letters?

I am also a June filer, got 3 mails for me and my 2 kids. For me and my eldest will be reusing biometrics but not for my youngest who is 14 yrs old he will have to renew his, sucks that we have to go to his appointment on mar 26. We are assigned at CSC!!!

Is it normal that I don't any updates on the new site (https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/) apart from that the case was received last year, and on the old site and case tracker app it just says Validation Error(s) or something like that even though I enter the correct numbers? 

I'm just wondering if anyone else's having the same issue as I see some people seem to be receiving emails when their status updates.

Same thing is with me. 
I can only see that case was received and that's it. 

I would not worry too much, seems like we are still on track.

Thanks for your reply. Good to know I'm not the only one. Just thought maybe it'd change with the biometrics update but oh well. At least our cases seem to be moving forward!
