… right? Yes. Only if someone has received a visa previously from the one you are filling now. If there hasn't been another visa petition on your behalf then enter "None".

I believe that is incorrect. This question is there to determine whether the applicant is a sponsor or co-sponsor.

So looking back then this is in answer to using a co-sponsor, referred to in the I-134 as the "sponsor"? I see that now. So if they are using a sponsor on this application then they would answer all the questions but if they are not using a sponsor then the answer is "None". Agreed?

No, the opposite.

If they are using a co-sponsor they would write none as the person filling the I134 did not file the petition UNLESS they petitioned for an someone in an unrelated petition. USCIS would want to know how many times the same rich uncle has signed over his soul to USCIS for different beneficiary's.

If they are not using a sponsor they would fill out the above question fully.

@K1visaHopeful@Greenbaum  I am confused now 😐😐

Every K1 petitioner who is primarily filling up the I-134 has to answer all the questions from 26 to 28 in respect to tge current petition right?

Here is your P3 letter. I believe all your answers will be covered within that document. If you need additional help please return here and ask.

https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/K1/LGS_Lagos.pdf

Also, many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

I have been trying to put my country flag and I just cant figure it out. Can you guide me on how to do it? thank you for the information. I appreciate!

Sorry for the confusion. Simply put do you have a sponsor? If yes has he sponsored anyone else? If your answer is no then you answered those questions with None.

@Greenbaum do I need to complete my ds 160 first before I am able to set my interview appointment?

Anytime because the DS160 does not effect anything. It can be done when you're waiting on the NVC  case number or anytime thereafter up to the day before interview. Your choice.

Hi, this question may have been asked before :

Can the beneficiary visit USA after NOA2 approval but before the visa interview? Would it create any problem legally at Immigration if you have a definite stay of 15 days with a return ticket in hand and employer letter stating I need to join back by a specific date.

Thanks in advance !!
