Just called nvc and this nice gentleman told me today is my lucky day they just schedule my interview.  interview date July thank u lord CC June 12.

Yes same with us! They didn't know why it got rejected so they sent it to a supervisor. Seeing how fast it went for you gives me hope we will hear back soon! I was dreading another 3 weeks.

You should be getting a CC soon. I submitted all documents on May 22nd and got CC today :).  They did gave me a weird checklistyestersay  for police records which was the correct one. They told me to resubmit and did that yesterday.

No I didn't! I asked and they said "You probably don't have to". Maybe I should just do it anyways?

IDK, I did and got CC right after so I don't know if it's a coincidence or not.

I replaced them. I mean they wanted the same thing so why give it to them twice. Up to you but I would just replace them again if I had too.

Congratulations! :) We got our CC yesterday. One step closer to the finish line! 

Nebraska Service Centre / Frankfurt Embassy

2016/03/30 - Married!

2017/07/14 - Sent off our I-130 packet to the Chicago Lockbox (Filed from abroad)

2017/07/24 - NOA1 (sent to Nebraska)

2018/03/02 - NOA2 (Approved!)

2018/03/19 - "We sent your petition to the Department of State"

2018/03/23 - NVC received petition

2018/05/17 - Case# received and fees paid

2018/05/21 - Case# changed -- can't log in with the new one so "we've sent in a 'ticket' to get it fixed"

2018/05/22 - Scan date. Ticket worked, submitted all our paperwork until the wee hours of the morning. 

2018/06/11 - CC!!! "Documentarily Qualified"

2018/06/25 - Got interview date for July 11; but we must reschedule for August. 

2018/06/26 - Medical

2018/06/28 - New interview date received (for August 13th)

2018/08/13 - Interview in Frankfurt!!! They asked for certified translations.

2018/08/28 - Sent in translations

2018/09/06 - CEAC status changed to "ISSUED!!!"

2018/09/13 - Passport received in the mail! Everything is beautiful.

As I was calling NVC. I got an email notification. I got my case number today!!!!!

 

NOA 1: 10/24/18

NOA 2: 04/25/18

NVC received: 5/10/18

Invoice # received: 6/8/18

Case # received: 6/12/18

CONGRATS LUCKY.. I WISH I COULD GET MY CC TODAY OR SOON. SUBMITTED ALL DOCS ON 05/31..
