Why do you think that?

I attempted to resubmit the i864 form realizing it was incorrectly filled out the first time, and when I called about it, they indicated upload date was June 4 for my file which is the day I submitted the new form. So, thinking I might have reset counter. Hope not, but who knows how they process things given there's 0 visibility into any of this.

Yeah, that really sounds like you reset the clock :( sorry to hear! I just don't understand why this whole thing is so slow and in transparent..

Well, I'm not sure whether to be super happy or super pissed right now, on hold for a NVC rep. Got the e-mail about checking my CEAC account and my status has now changed to "At NVC". However, it asks me to submit additional paperwork that WASN'T the incorrect form.

Praying that it's just a bring the document to interview thing and not a checklist as CEAC login shows documents were accepted.

I got a checklist on Monday for a higher resolution Marriage Certificate. Original submission date for everything was 16th May.  PIVOT Case  I uploaded a new copy this morning  Withing two minutes my status changed to at NVC, while I was on the phone with a representative telling me it will take up to six weeks to review the new marriage certificate copy. I then phoned back to confirm I have a Case Complete.

Oh that makes me feel a lot better. Thank you!

As you can see uploading three copies of my birth certificate caused absolutely no issues :)

I had this - As long as it says accepted/at NVC any further issues will be addressed at interview. I had issues with my wife's Taxes and this is what they said on the phone just now

Congrats. This gives me hope. Atleast it's not taking 6 weeks.

Officially starting week 6 waiting for my case number. Nothing from NVC yet. So frustrating.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Welcome to the 2018 Waiting Games.

I think yours was probably an exception because the document was already there so they just accepted it knowing you'll bring the original to the interview. Does your CEAC online show your new document as being accepted or just submitted?
