Good evening everyone,
My husband and I received an email from NVC on 5.15.18 letting us know they needed an updated birth certificate. I mailed a copy that same day and they received it on 5.17, but it wasn't scanned until 5.22. Recently on 6.1 I called and they told me my case was complete as of 5.29, yet I have yet to receive a notification or an update on the website that says so. Will I still receive a " Case complete" notification or will the call be enough. Will the next email just be the interview date? Also, am I in line for an interview appointment the moment the case is completed or is there a step in between?

Hey @jennita did you ever get your case straightened out? And what Facebook groups????

I found cases for late Feb and early Mar are been scheduled by now from this group on Facebook (Citados al consulado en CD Juarez) they are around 35k members in that group. Hope I'm wrong but I'm starting to think I'm getting an interview for August. I'm late March   OooOooOh well more waiting... :girlwerewolf2xn:

Still waiting.

husband tried to call and talk to a supervisor but they said they couldn’t do anything on our case because a packet had come in that needed to be scanned. I’m imagining that it’s the letter my lawyer said he would write. Going to try again this week.

there are Facebook groups called citados al ciudad Juárez on Facebook. Search for those. There are also case closed groups called march case closed, April case closed, May case closed, and June case closed. I run the May and June ones.
