So your k1 was previously denied and a year ago your plan was to get married but now you are asking about how to do a k1, which you should know as you did it before.....

 

If this is a new fiance, your previous denial and new case will be heavily scrutinized. If this is the same woman she already knows how

Cr1 might be better option...possibly, or her moving to you?....and you need to go over the reasons for the denial..asking a question here and not giving your background doesn't help at all. You will just fall into the same denial this time. What exactly was the reason for the denial? Did you make changes, have you seen each other again in person,

You've gone through K1 before? The requirements haven't really changed.

 

Best advice anyone can give is review the reason you were denied before, because that'll tell you what to work on/do better on/do differently for next time. As someone else mentioned - not sharing details of your situation doesn't give a lot of other posters to work with, as far as helping you any more than that.
