Adjustment of status

Good afternoon, I have a question for you so I am adjusting my status . My husband send off  my package on Thursday of last week which includes  I485 i131 I765 I864  I130A G325A. He already filed for the I130 from last year but now am in the states so am adjusting my status. He even send in my medical as well in the package. I tracked it and it was received on Saturday at the lockbox in Chicago so my question is how long do they take to let you know that they have received your package cause I did filled out the Notification form as well.

Normally within a couple weeks you should get the NOA1. Sometimes it can take a month or so.

 

That list of forms is outdated. The I-130 + I-130A would have been filed together previously. The G-325A is no longer used. You should verify that you are using the latest editions of all documents submitted.

That’s the old list of forms. I hope you sent the current ones or it will be rejected. It takes a couple of weeks for NOA1. If you filled the email and text notification form you will get a text and an email for each application you sent if accepted. If you didn’t, you’ll just receive NOA in the mail about a month later.

Please tell me you downloaded the actual *current* editions of the form from the official USCIS website, and not this random site.

If your only issue is sending a form that isn't used anymore, they will just ignore it. It won't be an issue.

I sent off my paperworks for AOS last January 29 and I received an NOA1 21 days after. Then 1 week after i received an appointment notice for biometrics.

I send off my papers last Thursday and they received Saturday but up until now I don’t hear anything from  them . I even sign up for the notification all now I don’t hear nothing .

My husband is adjusting from the K1. We submitted the forms at the post office on April 19th. He had notifications of their receipt on April 24th and had his NOA1s for all three forms at the house on April 30th. He went for biometrics today. Since ours is so recent, maybe that will be helpful?
