Received I-797 NOA in mail        June 15, 2018 (Dated June 11, 2018)

Can finally sleep peacefully tonight. :)

Hey Guys! My I-751 has been accepted and my green card is being produced. I just received a letter notifying me of this today, my case was processed by the CSC, they received my original package at 5/

I also got the Feb waiver and then a biometrics appt letter.  Did my code 5 fingerprints done last week. Two days later got a "new card being produced' update. Good luck all.

I'm pretty sure we will receive an updated i-797, they say they will issue "NEW" forms to those whose case were pending as June 11 which means that all those from June 11 will receive the updated i-79

My NOA1 is actually  dated 05/23/2018, I received it the 29th, check was cashed by the 25th. About 15 days from the NOA1 is still quick, so I hope you guys get it soon as well!

Hi guys so yes my packet was returned, for one reason- I did not include a copy of my GC. Well it says i551. Now I have so many questions, which I’m hoping anyone can help me out with, thank you:

 

1. Can I send the packet exactly how it is but with a copy of the front and back of my greencard? Or do I have to complete a new one?

 

2. They stapled the cheque to the first page of the form, is this cheque now useless? I mean since there will be staple holes in it?

 

3. Will I have to wait like I waited for basically one month before it’s processed again? Or will it be faster? 

 

My greencard expires August 14th.

Timeline:

June 7th- Interview

Result- Approved but missing original birth certificate

June 7th- Mailed original birth certificate

June 8th- Offsite facility received original birth certificate

June 13th- Consulate received original birth certificate

June 29th- Requested for passport to travel

July 8th- Received passport

July 8th- (didnt need passport anymore) mailed it back to consulate

July 9th- Offsite facility received passport

July 13th- Consulate received passport

July 14th- Sent emails to inquire about case, was told to give them an additional 8 weeks from JULY 13th to process my visa :ranting: , immediately involved Congressman AND our Attorney sent letters mid-july/end of august

August 9th- Issued

August 10th- Received tracking number at 2pm

August 11th- Received Passport at 11am(Markham, ON)/Crossed border. at 7pm (Pearson Airport Toronto)

August 16th- Went to Social Security office, was told my card was mailed out August 15th and I was able to jot the SSN down (needed for work)

(For SSN, when i was completing the DOS-260, I requested for them to have my SSN processed)

August 25th- SSN came in the mail :D

October 16th, RECEIVED GREEN CARD IN THE MAIL.

My docs was returned too. Didnt include right amount of money)))

I removed old check and added new one. I sent all AS IS.

Dont know if its accurate. Will see after 1 month. 

My GK will be expired next month)))

Hello,

 

Can someone pls update my details - i tried couple of times in past weeks but looks like its missing my updates.

 

VSC

Cashed & NOA received - 05/29

Bio-metric received - 06/16 and Bio-metric appointment - -6/28.

 

Also can we request for i551 stamp on passport during our Bio-metric appointment ?
